Payment - Instant One off 
Payment for the term is taken via Mollie as soon as you register. Receipt of payment will secure your child's place in the class. We can only proceed with classes once payment has been received. Mollie charge a transaction fee, please refer to their website.
Late Registrations will pay the full termly amount.

Payment - Automatic Recurring (Applies only to Autumn 2025 Registrations)
The fee per month is payable via Mollie and is an instant, automatic recurring payment. Payment is taken as soon as you register and subsequent payments are taken monthly for 10 months.

If you sign up for the academic year it will be 10 payments of £40 = £400 *

Refund and Cancellation policy
*BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE NOTE OUR REFUND POLICY**
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE:
No refunds will be issued for occasional absence/illness, attending other school activities or if you change your mind etc.
No refunds will be issued if school is closed due to unforeseen circumstances/industrial action/snow etc.
If Music Bandz cancel a lesson (due to teacher illness etc) we will provide a replacement lesson where possible. If this is not possible refunds or credits will be issued.

All fees must be paid termly in advance.
Trials are available on request.

Waiting list
If we have reached our limit for class sizes, please add your details to the waiting list. Where possible, we will try and set up additional classes.

Instruments
Music Bandz Instruments: Glockenspiels and xylophones are provided. If your child would like to play their orchestral/band instrument, they are responsible for bringing this to the music sessions. Music Bandz can take no responsibility for the instruments' storage or safety in the school. We are not able to provide any instruments (including keyboards) other than those stated.

Rock Bandz Instruments: We cannot guarantee which instrument your child will play. Instruments will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Music Bandz Terms
Juniors (Year 3-6). Your child is very much welcome to join if they have been having lessons for 6 months or more* on an orchestral instrument. We ask that they are able to play one octave of a C major scale.  If they have not been having formal lessons, we invite them to play on the glockenspiel or xylophones.  We do not offer individual tuition during this class.
